The workshop will take place at the Mandel-Scholion building at the Hebrew University – Mount Scopus.

Entering on foot:

The main entrance is at the Mandel gate. Pass security (where you will need to show your green pass and invitation) and keep walking straight on the road. When you see the entrance to the building on the right (120 meters or so after the entrance) you will find a walking path in a tunnel on your left. Enter and walk to the end, then turn left and then immediately right. The building will be in front of you – enter. Our room is 530 – the same floor at the end (on the right).

Accommodation

A number of rooms have been reserved for guests at the Beit Maiersdorf club on Mt. Scopus (where the workshop will be held). Guests wishing to stay at Beit Maiersdorf have the option of arriving on Sunday, but I’m afraid those guests wishing to do so will have to pay for the extra night. The workshop budget will cover three nights here fully. If you wish to stay here please let me know.

Alternatively, you may wish to stay in town. Mt. Scopus is outside the city centre and though close to the venue will leave you somewhat disconnected from city life at night.

If you do wish to stay off campus, please let me know up to a month before your arrival so I can cancel the reservation on campus accordingly.

Initially –

• As soon as you book your ticket, please send us a copy of the payment. 

After your arrival – 

• E-ticket
• Copy of passport.
• Details of bank account for reimbursement including the swift code, address and name of account holder.
• Your inbound boarding pass.

Your ticket will be reimbursed up to a month after you leave.
